Turkey Wild Rice Soup

For 8 portions you will need 4 cups turkey broth, 2 cups chopped cooked turkey, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 6 tablespoons butter, 2 cups water, 2/3 uncooked wild rice, 1/3 cup shredded carrot, salt, and herbs. First of all, you need to cook the rice by boiling for about 20 minutes. Once the rice is cooked you can mix it with the ingredients mentioned above, add some water and keep it on the cooker for another 20 minutes. When the soup is nearly ready, add salt and herbs for a better taste.
Curried Noodle Patties
Did you have soggy spaghetti last night and you haven’t finished it? If so, then the good news is that you do not need to throw it because you can prepare from it delicious curried noodle patties. You need 1-2 teaspoons Thai curry paste, 4 eggs, 4 cups noodles,1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 6 green chopped onions, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, and some peanuts and green onions for garnish. Once you have the ingredients you can start preparing this tasty meal. Spread the curry paste on the bottom of a bowl, and then add one egg and stir until the curry paste starts to incorporate very well. Once this happens, you can add the rest of the eggs, and the other ingredients as well, one at a time. Stir until the whole mixture is cooked, and then season it with salt, peanuts, and green onions.
Savory Bread Pudding
This is another wonderful dish you must try. If you have some bread left then you can try this recipe, as it is a very easy and tasty one. You need the following ingredients: 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 4 ounces semisoft cheese, 2 ounces parmesan, 2 cups milk, 6 cups dense white bread cut into 1-inch chunks, salt and a bit of fresh black pepper, and 2 tablespoons butter. Butter an 8-inch soufflé and then add the bread in it. After doing so you need to heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a sauté pan and add the mushrooms. Remove plate and then stir in mushrooms. The pudding must be baked for about 40 minutes. Once it is cooked you can season the pudding with a bit of salt and fresh black pepper.
